Trip penalty and score

Steps of trip score calculation:

1. For [each factor trip penalty] = sum of related event penalties for the trip
2. [Total trip penalty] = weighted sum of [each factor trip penalty]
3. Penalty for each factor is weighted by distance - [Final risk factors]
4. [Final risk factors] are converted to 100-scale
