As I was going through the API, i could not figure out how a user's driving behaviour can be monitored? Is there a api that we have to call to tell SDK that the trip has started or it does that automatically?

Hello, we have an ELM327 OBD device and connected it to the car.
In the demo app, we granted all permissions like Bluetooth.
When we want to connect to our car OBD device, after scanning and finding the device name in the list, the connection gets an error. In the Logcat with logs, we can see the phone is connected to the OBD device, but after a second, it is disconnected, and we get the DEVICE_INITIALIZE_FAILED error in the callback.

Hi! How do I download/copy to my AWS services/fetch the processed and raw json files for all the trips in my Company account? I can use Datahub to do so one by one, but that is very time consuming. We also plan to launch our app for about 1500 users so using Datahub is not feasible. Need the raw and processed json for in-house customized algorithms. It would be great if we can periodically refresh the data sync from our backend to Damoov's backend.
